I ordered 2 bags of dumplings and asked the shopper to cover the food when they left it at the door because it was raining and I wouldn't get home until 2 hours later. The shopper left it uncovered. When I got home, The dumplings were melting in the rain.

I made an order on 12-16. Driver delivered to wrong address, because driver texted me a delivered message with a front door photo. It is not my front door. I called several times and was transferred around different departments. End up they locked my account. I had to fill a form with government ID and credit card photos, replied emails….I don’t believe this is Costco practice to an executive member for decades. My comment is if not wrong address delivery this service is fine, but if you are unlucky with your order, then it is a terrible experience.

The GC will not automatically be applied after redeemed. You need to check the box in payment section to apply it.

Someone who needs to me make a living will go to Costco to shop that item for you. Costco doesn't pack your order. That person may or may not find what you want.

Don't even try.
I ordered one item for $150, but Instacart charged me $200 and give me a bag of meat which I didnt order. Also, they didnt give me $30 discount on the receipt.
I am still in a call with Instacart to resolve the issue. The call has been lasting over 1 hour.

Contacted Instacart and they said since it was sold via 3rd party, I need to wait up to 24 hours for the gift codes to become active. They became active after about 3 hours. Great deal, even though prices are a little higher and requires a tip. Dont waste your time. The prices are 10-20% higher than regular same day prices. You would be tempted to buy stuff to tally upto $100. Not worth it.
