Dont know what gas model snow blower you talking about that need an extension cord. My gas blower have a cord to pull to start. //@anonymous: You still need an extension cord for gas models because they need the power to start the engine... //@anonymous: Too much of a hassle using an extension cord.
Go with a gas model. //@anonymous: Very tempted for my new house.
Does anyone owning one of this?

this one is pretty crappy. the chute will come off quite easily and you end up using it without the chute and blow the snow everywhere

I have SJ623E, it always leaves a thin layer of snow on the ground, i have never used other snow blowers before, I am not so sure if they all do that or not, but it’s quite annoying. //@anonymous: Very tempted for my new house.
