My "top rated" Bosch dishwasher died after 14 months (just out if warranty). Would never buy again. //@anonymous: Bosch is the best dishwasher. You will thank me.

Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure that isn't just a Samsung thing. No kitchen appliances are built to last, and NO ONE has customer service. Brand loyalty is about the only thing people have to go on, but it's basically meaningless at this point. //@Anonymous: Stay away from Samsung. Appliances don’t last and customer service is the worst
