Go to your towns web site. Our town offers an option where we can pick up free mulch or have it delivered for a fee. //@Anonymous: I would love it my community did this. What are some examples of places in the US that do this? //@Anonymous: See if your nearby municipality produces compost so you can buy in bulk at very good prices, even if from resellers/shippers.
