Got this and cancelled after a few hours. The $25 plan includes old, obsolete equipment and upload speed is less than 10 mbps. Horrible Wi-Fi coverage compared to the base FIOS router. Customer service is just as bad as it used to be…

I submitted mine too successfully and got a cancellation confirmation email from Xfinity. I guess they automatically cancelled your old account?

I just submitted the order for 1000Mb for 65/month. It went through and will see everything will be good to the end. I am exiting customer and just link the new account to the same email. I believe eventually you need to close the previous account at the same address. //@Anonymous: how about your existing contract, does that mean you will have two contracts in place and have to pay two services? //@Anonymous: It works for me as an existing Xfinity Internet customer. Just sign out and select the service deal you like as a new customer who just moved there. During checkout, there is a step to ask for your name, phone number, and email, just used information from an existing account, and it will ask if you want to link to an existing account, you confirm and continue to checkout to the end. Only Autopay with a bank account, not credit card, will get to the advertised price

What does 10G Network mean?

if you do not have contract, you can freely cancel it. why not?
Even if you have contract, you can still pay the termination fee, 10 per month of left in contract. Then join after month or immediately. Comcast has policy, if you rejoin in 90 days after cacellation, you get all termination fee as credit back.
I cancelled my plan already last month, I paid 10 termination fee, I am planning join this plan later, would ask comcast return 10 credit. Did once before, no issue. That stupid company would think you are new customer. //@Anonymous: yeah i tried to cancel my existing plan, but they won't allow it :D //@Anonymous: not available for existing customers //@Anonymous: deal
