I have 30+ ryobi 18v tools + 10 BATTERIES. Half are refurbished or blemished. I have an off grid cabin and I remodel houses. In 4 years I have only had 1 battery go bad and none of the tools.
My faves are the shopvac, Brad nailer and 1/2 impact. My wife loves the glue gun, mower and weed eater.
I believe home depot will honor a 1 year warranty on all stuff from direct tools but I haven't had to verify it.
