The problem is not that they're hackable. Anker promised not to save user videos, like it was in their terms, but they did it anyway. No doubt TP link is just as unethical. Comes from the same place. //@Anonymous: Pretty much none of these things are "safe" and unhackable these days no matter what brand. Just buy what makes you happy and works well. This is a good price for a basic camera that can give you a bit of sense of security if you have package thieves or creepy neighbors. I have several Kasa switches and plugs which work very well.

Pretty much none of these things are "safe" and unhackable these days no matter what brand. Just buy what makes you happy and works well. This is a good price for a basic camera that can give you a bit of sense of security if you have package thieves or creepy neighbors. I have several Kasa switches and plugs which work very well.
