You will get the Amazon credit 1-2 days after the digital card is delivered. If a physical card, 1-2 days after Amazon ships it. You can see it on a web browser when placing order. You won’t know it if via Amazon’s app. //@anonymous: How did I know if I got the 10$ credits after the 100 purchase?

i purchased three lowes $100 gift cards. The check out page says it qualifies for the $10 gift credit (did not use the promo code because it did not work), but I never received it. Contacted Amazon multiple times, most representatives on the chat don't know about this. Eventually the supervisors got involved. They confirmed the gift credit, but were inconsistent on when I would receive it. One said today and it did not happen, another said after I receive the gift cards. I had to screenshot the check out page to force them to acknowledge the gift credits. Also they said I only qualify once, although I made two separate purchase for the gift cards.
