Totally agree that the customer service at Target corporate is one of the worst for large companies; the other one I have experienced is Bank of America. I've been buying target gift card deals for many years. Usually it's in November and 10% off. I don't recall seeing 15% or 20% gift cards. This time the deal is for red card holder, does it mean I have to pay using red card? Or I can pay with my other credit cards?
