hey guys i guess i am the winner on this ridiculous contest. I selected paypal, paid $30, got $15 off, and click pay on target at the final step. But target did not let me go thru, somehow paypal sent me an email said it was spent. CC not charged, then I received an email saying target pickup order is ready.

I saved the two offers and placed a 15 GC order. Target website shows error with the payment method, so it didn't go through. But I received an email seconds later from PayPal saying that the recent purchase was covered by the offers. Confused!

It didn't work for me. I could save the coupons. But when checking out at target and selecting "Pay with PayPal", I got "Can’t process card. Verify your card info and try entering it again. If you keep getting this error, contact your card provider."

I tried it. The credits were automatically applied and soon were removed. Full charges were applied. Paypal doesn't honor the offer.

Be careful. In the beginning, PayPal account shows discount. After I placed the order and received the payment confirmation email. PayPal removed both discounts from my account and I was charged with full amount without any discount in my credit card. PayPal try to fool people.
