Without the 4.0 battery this tool isnt worth it. However Homedepot sells 2 / 4.0 batteries with a charger and this as a "free" tool most always with more stuff around black friday sales. I have a rigid worm gear circular saw which I love, but it’s corded. Ryobi system is solid for weekend warrior and DIY work. I was pleasantly surprised by the impact driver quality for the price. Has held up well for me and I like that the batteries are interchangeable.

find anywhere else sells a new portable saw for 29 bucks. refurbish ryo site sells many low end ones around 10-30 bucks if you don't care about new in box
