I purchased a dryer and a washer from them back in April, and i still did not get them. I also did not receive the shop card they promised. I called their custom service 6 times now, they just kept telling me that there is a delay from the vender side, and they refuse to issue me the shop card because they claimed the purchase was not complete, even though they have charged my credit card.

So I called and they did send it to me so we must keep track with them. //@Anonymous: Did you ask customer service? Sometimes these big companies run a semi-scam by not sending the promo cards until you ask. Sams Club definitely does that. //@Anonymous: Be aware, haven’t received the shop card from last promotion in May.
