picked up the order from store, no batteries. csr called homedepot says it was an error and refuses to honor, csr called the store manager, manager honors the deal but only one battery pack in the store.

delivered a tool (driver) only, without batteries. CS said 'it was incorrectly advertised.', and asked me to return it if I don't want it.

And mine was delivered. ...with no batteries. And Home Depot claims they're not responsible for mistakes in the ads. Great. Now I have to deal with return/refund.

I received the tool only and immediately went to HD to see what they can do with this issue. End up it was the system error and they don't carry in stock. Have to either return or buy with the correct price

I picked up a small box of Impact Driver only from store lock pick up, went to customer service, four of them helped me, through long waiting computer code checking and phone calling to online customer service, finally the nicest supervisor got me the deal, have to thank to the supervisor. What a wonderful day!

Paid a trip to Home Depot. SKU# 100160994 is a small box contains the impact driver only. Even if Home Depot honors the order I am afraid that's what you are going to receive. There is simply no such a bundle they just messed up the description.
