It seems like the vacuum is out of order. Home deport cancel the vacuum for me. The 50% discount price is still applied to my dryer.

Interesting offer since I am in the market for a new washer/dryer. If you read the fine print of the the "2022 LG Cleanup Bundle" offer, it is an instant rebate at the point of sale, which is great. However, there is another fine print that says "Purchased merchandise must not be returned or else instant rebate will be subject to forfeiture".
This leaves the possibility that the retailer can scrub your savings discount.

Individual items cannot be canceled after the order was placed. Is this newly changed?

You need to read the instruction: place order first and cancel vacuum after (not deleting vacuum in shopping cart) //@anonymous: It doesn't work, when you delete the vacuum, the price of washer and dryer will go back to original prices
