Some items like divider or clips they charge ridiculous fee for California, other items are not. //@Anonymous: Could be your state or county regulators charging that fee. I don't seem to have it, which explains our non-existant recycling (I mean shipping to Asia so they can deal with our junk) programs. //@anonymous: they charge $8 recycling fee at the final step of check out. It could be your county or state charging the recycling fee. I don't seem to have it on my bill, but kind of wish that I do. Our state's recycling program is so horrendous it is disgraceful.
