i'm sorry you feel that way. i've contacted them numerous times. they 1. sent me a brand new cap for my mug that i damaged, for free. 2. explained the differences and similarities of multiple rice cookers patiently to me and 3. explained how to test to make sure my mug is still insulate. more than one can ask for any customer services. //@Anonymous: Their customer service is terrible.
