The Surface Go series is supposed to replace the 7-year-old Surface 3, but it has the same amount of RAM, and actually a lower resolution.

That 4GB is really a problem. Having multiple tabs open often crashes firefox and chrome; haven't tried latest edge. Also the keys can be hard to see.
