Be sure you have your shipping address ready with your w+ account. Make sure your credit card is correct with your account and can be paid with large amounts without fraud protection with bank.
At the EXACT timing, click the link and join the queue. One or two seconds late may lead to extra 20+ minutes in the queue.

It did not show out of stock until I paid for the membership. I logged out, it did not show out of stock. I logged in, and it showed out of stock. The stock information was lagging for non-member by about an hour. This is evil.

I got one Nov 22nd . I tried 4 times before, but the one on Nov 22nd with W+ worked. I believe today is good as well.
