Lots of companies use xpo—I just had my lg fridge delivered by them and they did fine. //@anonymous: Sounds like they are staying away from you. You didn’t even get one yet and such negative feedback. //@anonymous: stay away from SAMSUNG, just had the worst delivery/installation experience ever! they use XPO for delivery/installation, they confirmed and then cancel the appoointment on the day of installation and did this 4 times so far!

not very true. LG washers has good reputation but Samsung has issues. //@anonymous: Stay away from Samsung or LG brands, esp washer dryer
