Since GE sold its appliance business, we see these rip off tactics.. For fridges, they have chips on the filters that expire, and the internal LED lights that last no more than 1-2 years, and cost $29 each to replace.
For Filter, research and use a bypass filter chip and use simple RPWF filters that cost less that third of this deal.

rip off. Buy the other version and just attach the chip from the used column.
