Inspiron line has pretty bad reputation and building quality, it is cheap for a reason //@anonymous: None of the 13" XPS systems (9333, 9343, 9350, 9360, 9365, 9370) are RAM-upgradeable -- the RAM is low-profile and soldered to the mainboard.
you can only upgrade the ssd. //@Anonymous: FHD......but not an IPS panel, you are lucky if you get a VA screen. XPS 13 costs only $50 more but is a much better laptop with a fabulous screen even it has 256GB SSD instead
