I’d look at what’s covered under warranty if intending to use long term. These will most likely be covered under warranty if used in Switches but most likely not if used in a dash cam or other surveillance equipment. //@anonymous: Can it be used in camera or non-gaming purpose?

I have not tried this myself. From the reviews on Amazon, it looks like yes, this will work for your camera as well.
