Yes, but 30 hz over hdmi. Also review states that it doesn't work with a 2018 macbook. Just wanted to point this out.

It says "Its USB-C pass-through allows you to charge your laptop 90W while connecting to an external 4K HDR display at 60Hz simultaneously without compromising on screen performance." //@anonymous: Look closely if you need 4k @ 60hz. I don't think this adapter will do that.
