After contacting customer service (chat service), they told me to wait for 4 weeks. I waited for 4 weeks and then contacted again. I got my e-gift card.

Sam's club in-store customer service told same thing. Store has nothing to do with this.

I didn't get GC from last year's deal either, It's not a trusted company, not interest in their membership offer anymore, they just don't want to make things simpler.
