I exercise a lot (but no health expert to be sure). I rarely take those "energy drinks". If you need caffeine, drink coffee (black if you do not like sugar). If you need electrolyte, drink Gaterador (dilute with water if you do not like too much sugar). //@Anonymous: How healthy is this? any nutritional expert in here can comment please, cause this is good price (if it's not typical "sugar" drink likes Gatorade and such....
