It looks like you have different model. Look at Costco web page picture. The dispenser doesn't have option for ice. //@Anonymous: Not true. I have this one. A:Answer No, this unit does not have dual ice nor the Craft ice. The dispenser is water only and the Automatic icemaker is in the freezer produces cubed ice. ^Daphane //@Anonymous: Not true.
