They once shipped heavy items wrapped with only plastic films. Item were damaged and I had to pay oversea return shipping to return. //@Anonymous: Is this website reliable? Searched and it seems they have very bad reputation for customer service. Lots of reviews about delayed shipping and not returning money.

I had ordered 3 times from them this year, no issue whatsoever. Shipping speed is actually very fast, much faster than LEGO.COM //@anonymous: Is this website reliable?
