Actually I find it is better to put durable fixtures into a rental property. You never know when a renter will notice leaks, and it could cause a lot of damage to your property before you hear about it. //@cloiser: for rental property perhaps //@anonymous: Is glacier bay a good brand?

i just replaced a faucet i have for over 20 years. It remains to be seen if it last that long, mostly plastic. You can't beat design, i replaced it in less that 30 minutes.
