I have had quite the run around (hours of time and effort) on several items. Sometimes, it's difficult to believe that it's 2021. //@anonymous: Customer service does not exist. Their products might work the first time but then they fail, whether it’s the battery or motor. I made the mistake of buying a blower by them and it stopped working the 2nd time I used it. If you call customer service, they will keep you on hold for well over an hour. Useless company
