Home Depot is extremely good, also doesn't cancel price error otders. //@anonymous: Never had a problem with their online orders and they have extremely good customer service. Not sure what the point of complaining about your single negative experience here is. Doesn’t help the company and doesn’t help the consumer. //@anonymous: home depot online order sucks. I ordered 4 items, asked to deliver to HOME. 5 days later, 2 items came in 2 diff boxes. HD asked me to stop by a local store to PICKUP the third item. 15 days later, HD emailed again to go to local store to PICKUP again. That is not how online order works. will not put online orders again.
