Can't tell from the pictures or reviews if it's LED or fluorescent, but if it's LED - those kinds of LEDs are still very expensive. The device would cost at least $50 if not $100. It's possible it's fluorescent, in which case, it might actually do something. Sanitize the phone with wipes insted of this. That way you can keep your phone clean as well.
