Called AMEX. They said this purchase is not qualified to receive $25 credit, since promotion is applied. //@Anonymous: They are tricky. It showed up as Hemisphere. And I did not get notification for triggering the offer from Amex since it is not showing up as wineinsiders. This happened to me twice in the past whereas I never gotten the credit. So deceiving.

Just curious what AE card they use for those who didn’t receive credit. It did show up as Hemisphere wine insiders on statement but there is no problem receiving $30 off $30 credit. My card is AE platinum btw, last time the promotion was 6 bottles for $30 something shipped....$30 credit back within a week or so

To get Amex credit, You can use a promo code, but you can’t buy anything on sale. Since everything is on sale now, you won’t get any credit. That’s what the Amex agent told me last time I tried to used the card. but didn’t get any credits.
