It is your own problem because you have allergic reaction with this product. People have allergic reaction to anything and you should aware of the problem you have. Should return the product when you have the reaction with. You can google it and you will find all products have reaction with some people. //@anonymous: I had a severe allergic reaction to these. If you google, you'll see lots of people have. It went on for two weeks and I lost several nights sleep from the pain.
When I called Apple they acted as if they'd never heard about it. Terribly shady corporate response to a legit health issue. Eardrops cost me over $200 and I had to see my doctor plus an ENT.
