I own a Ring Doorcam. Audio quality is terrible compare to Arlo. Huge delay makes it almost useless. It takes at least 2-3 seconds until you receive notification on your phone when someone rings your door. Then it takes AT LEAST 8 seconds on a flagship cellphone to actually open up, connect to the camera and show you live images. By that 10 second the person is gone and you see no one!
Battery life? 20 days on average!

A stupid design! Amazon website said "Video Doorbell Wired does not sound your existing doorbell chime. To hear audio notifications in your home, pair with a Ring Chime, compatible Alexa device, or select the Video Doorbell Wired + Chime bundle."

storage is all done in the cloud. I'm sure this new model is the same. Will require a subscription fee after an initial free period //@Anonymous: it will work with most older house system with minimum 10 VAC power.
not sure about storage....
Requires an existing doorbell system, Ring plug-in adapter or transformer for power supply (10-24 VAC, 40VA max, 50/60Hz, or 24VDC, 0.5A, 12W)
