It' so true! The Samsung products are so poorly made. My smart watch broke just after one month. The Samsung service rep refused to replace it. Although later his manager promised us to mail me a new one, he never did! So I called in again. The new Samsung rep told me the previous Samsung manager was a liar and he should not replace the broken band. Gee, Samsung people call their own people liars! I can't decide if I prefer the Galaxy S20 or S21. Prices are about the same, S20 has more ram but a slower processor, better screen (although it's unlikely to matter). I'll wait and see what kind of deals emerge.
