Man, seasoning the carbon steel is an art, which I never get a success.
//@anonymous: Totally agreed //@Anonymous: Never understand nonstick woks. Woks are for stir fry at high temperature which is not what nonstick coating is for. Just get a carbon steel wok. Properly seasoned carbon steel can be very nonstick too, without any chemical coating.
