Smith's 50264 Adjustable Manual Knife Sharpener

My go-to quick-fix sharpener since about 10yrs ago. The adjustable angle is a great feature making it the only sharpener you need in the kitchen. It also requires no particular knife sharpening skills. The end result will not be as good as the one produced with a set of whetstones and skillful hands, but also takes less time and practice to start to get reasonably sharp knives. //@anonymous: Is this any better than a simple whetstone?
