Same //@anonymous: An order was placed on 11/28 and as of today (12/21), it hasn't arrived. I called the customer service couple times and each time had to wait for more than 60 mins for a call-back. there is nothing they can do except to wait for the miracle to happen that the package will magically show up on the Christmas day. I don't know why the website are still selling the stuffs and taking the orders if they cannot get the package out....Just hope they don't go bankruptcy and able to get a refund.
