You can use it for exercising at home. If you take spinning classes before, you know you can stand up to ride and sweat a lot.

Running is great until it’s not. Only someone who actually understands what they are talking about understands that statement. There is plenty of HIIT you can accomplish on a bike without compromising your joints. //@anonymous: Exercise bikes suck if you don't have leg problems. Run with the same effort and burn twice the calories.

this is non weight bearing exercise. it is good for the ones having knee problem
