Sorry everyone for the disappointment, my 2 orders were canceled as well. Seems like the only people that had a fighting chance to get their orders were the ones that chose "Store Pickup" as an option and picked up before Ann Taylor HQ canceled them. //@anonymous: my sweaters were cancelled as well //@anonymous: Everyone, were the only items that were canceled the jackets?

My order was cancelled as well. I reached out to customer service and I have gotten no response. My sister’s order also got cancelled and she was told they were out of stock when they really weren’t. When she asked about this the customer service rep said it was because they didn’t mean to allow stacking the codes. So they lied. Instead of owning up to the truth they decided to say everything was “out of stock”

I don't think it's a price mistake. The stackable codes could be applied only on one item. If there are two items in the cart, the higher priced item will be back to the half of the price.
