If it is activated once a day, it will probably get two years. LOL //@Anonymous: 2 year battery life my ass. I have it. 6 month tops. With expensive LiFePo batteries. And no, I don't use Live View too much, hardly ever.

Not just battery, recording also is a huge problems. It can record clips based on defined conditions. You have to play with retrigger time (time after which it again starts recording) and clip length (minimum is 5 seconds and max is 60 seconds). This condition makes it miss so many crucial frames. For example, when mails are delivered, entire video starting from truck stopping to truck leaving can't be captured, you will have some frames but not all. I am extremely amazed how this product is still on the market. The only value proposition is no power cable requirement, but if you live in a high traffic area, even that feature isn't useful. This product is a borderline scam!
