It is like those Apple products, overpriced but excellent quality. Is it good? Yes. Does it worth it for $500? NO. //@Anonymous: would it just be me to think it not worth to spend $500 just for a small vacuum cleaner? I owned Dyson V6 which I really enjoyed using it for wood floors cleaning, but it was $139 when I got it a few years ago
