I cannot say for sure for this particular promo. But Netflix promo was usually total credit based. After you activate the promo, Netflix will credit your account the total promo amount, $77 in this case. You can select whatever plan you like. 4k will last you 5months and FHD will last you 6 months. //@anonymous: Not 4K，HD resolution

The chromecast can stream 4k based on their website https://store.google.com/us/product/chromecast_google_tv. Not sure about netflix though.
