For me the added cost is $4.99 delivery fee and $5 tip (Recommended, which means expected). That is on top of Whole Foods high prices. Not worth it unless I order lots of stuff.

huh? //@Anonymous: I always had issues with these kind of credits. You must call customer service and wait for hours to speak with someone who doesn't have any clue about the offer. Pass.
