If you want long batter life, and do not need tons of features (like you have a phone for those stuff), and need sensors for ECG and sleep tracking, you can try Fitbit Charge 5, but it is in backorder now.

Apple Watch 3 does not have ECG, which was first introduced in Apple Watch 4. Fitbit has only a fraction of the functionality of a real smart watch. If you didn't need the Apple Watch functionality, it's not Apple's fault that you bought it.
