As someone who owns almost every piece of VR hardware available (including PS VR), there is no contest, hands down oculus quest 2. PS4 has very very limited content compared with oculus. PS4 VR is outdated, and will be even more so once PS5 comes out along with its corresponding VR headset. I would go with Quest 2 as you won't be buying obsolete hardware.
