The Sous Vi de works great on Beef, not so much on Chicken. I returned it because I have concerns over putting plastic bag wrapped meat in hot water for that long. It may not be good for your health.

waste of money. I own a $200 sous vide cooking set. used it twice only. the taste is not that great and it has serious safety concern.
