Nope, no live chat. My order "shipped" 2 weeks ago, but it hasn't moved from the warehouse to the shipper. My CC is charged of course. Lots of similar complaints on their Facebook. I'll just wait for now.

I placed an order two weeks ago for the Discovery toys. It got shipped normally so I didn’t have to contact CS.
