Like all lithium batteries. You must keep it fully charged before you put away for a long time. And you have to take them out of storage to charge it once /year. I’m sure you can buy one on eBay cheaper but it will also break in a month with no luck on returning it if it breaks down a year from now I know where to take it Costco. Stuff on eBay cheaply made.

I purchased this last year from Costco for 49.99. Work great. easy to use. It helped me to start my Van during cold weather.
