They include the promotions that you have on your account and show the price after subtracting those promotional credit. So it will show differently for each. I had $4 as promotion and it showed as free ($5 strikethrough to $0). After purchase the promotions had only $2.

So I guess for prime members it's priced at $2 and they took $2 from my promotional credits.
